Photo Booth Insert, totally customizable
Invite your guests to use the photo booth at your special event in STYLE! If you have already browsed through our standard insert designs and didn’t see something you loved, this is the perfect alternative for you. Our design team would love to help bring your vision to life for you and all of your guests to see at your event. These inserts are standard 2”x6” size and are designed to fit inside our photo booth frames and bookmark sleeves (we can also print 2.25"x7", please specify if you need this size). The inserts you receive are all printed on commercial, state-of-the-art printers, on thick high-gloss photo paper to ensure the finest quality prints. Custom inserts are only available with print on one side.
When ordering, please order the approximate amount of inserts that you need. There is a minimum order of 50 for this item. If upon completion of the design, you decide that you would like more/less, we can bill or refund you the necessary amount. If you have no idea what total you need because you are planning ahead, we can arrange that you pay a $50.00 deposit now which will be applied towards the final balance when you have a final count (send us a message if this is your situation).
In the notes section when you are placing your order, please provide us with the following information:
Bride & groom's first names & groom's last name or name(s) of person(s) and event type if the inserts are not for a Wedding.
Event date.
Colors (if possible, please send samples so we can match).
What message/font style you would like included on the inserts.
Any other information that you think would help us with the design. EX: reference to another personalized insert we have done that you like, the theme of your event, etc.
3) We'll create the sample and send it to you for review & approval. Please note that you are able to have as many changes to the samples at no cost. We ask that you double & triple-check the samples that we send you before confirming they are good to print. This helps to move the process along quicker.
4) Once approved, We'll print your order and they will be mailed out.
TIMING
The biggest concern that we are questioned about is the time that this process takes. We always recommend purchasing the listing well in advance of your event so that we have plenty of time to finalize the design - this is the step that typically takes the longest.
-Timing is as follows:
Up to 3 days = For us to send you the initial sample from the date you send us your information that goes into the design.
TBD (Client’s response time once we have emailed the proof).
Up to 3 days = For inserts to ship once the proof has been approved.
2-4 days = Shipping time; you will receive a shipping confirmation & tracking info as soon as they have shipped.
